The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects from construction design process to completion.
Organize contractors and daily follow up on project construction process.
Work within strict and decisive time schedules with focus on construction quality.
Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors.
Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies.
Feasibility and cost report documents before and after the construction process.
Reporting and tracking status reports.
Qualifications
Fluency in English
Fluency in Excel-Word-AutoCAD
Time management
Decision making abilities
Strong communication abilities
Leadership experience

Requirements
Degree in Architecture
Minimum three years professional experience
High level knowledge of 2D + 3D programs
Experience in a range of project scales, from Masterplanning to Interior design
Experience in innovative hospitality and high-end residential projects
Experience in the following is a plus:
Experience with NOK and planning procedures
High level proficiency in 3D Rendering Programs
Experience in the production of Construction Documentation
